INPP5F Antibody (MA5-27229) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded human pancreas tissue. To expose target proteins, heat-induced epitope retrieval by 10mM citric buffer, pH6.0, 100°C for 10min. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a INPP5F monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-27229) at a dilution of 1:500.

SAC2 is an inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (InsP3) 5-phosphatase and contains a Sac domain. The activity of this protein is specific for phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate and phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed, but most of them are not thought to be protein-coding.
