IL-1RAcP Antibody (MA5-29351) in Flow
Flow cytometric analysis of Human IL1R3 expression on human whole blood monocytes. Cells were stained with IL-1RAcP Monoclonal Antibody (7E4G1E8) (Product # MA5-29351), then a FITC-conjugated Secondary antibody. The histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable monocytes.

Target Information
This gene encodes a component of the interleukin 1 receptor complex, which initiates signaling events that result in the activation of interleukin 1-responsive genes. Alternative splicing of this gene results in membrane-bound and soluble isoforms differing in their C-terminus. The ratio of soluble to membrane-bound forms increases during acute-phase induction or stress.
