COMMD9 Antibody (MA5-30264) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of COMMD9 in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with COMMD9 Monoclonal Antibody (4) (Product # MA5-30264, 1:60) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm and nucleus.

Modulates Na(+) transport in epithelial cells by regulation of apical cell surface expression of amiloride-sensitive sodium channel (ENaC) subunits (PubMed:23637203).
