Cytokeratin 7 Antibody (MA5-35575) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Cytokeratin 7 in paraffin-embedded human pancreas. Samples were incubated with Cytokeratin 7 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-35575) using a dilution of 1:200 (40x lens). Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
