Flavin reductase Antibody (MA5-36030) in WB
Western Blot analysis of Flavin reductase using Flavin reductase Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-36030) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: K562 whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Dylight800) at 1:15,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 22 kDa. Observed band size: 22 kDa.
