HSPH1 Antibody (MA5-36231) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of HSPH1 in MCF7 cells. Antigen retrieval was performed with enzyme antigen retrieval (15 min). Samples were blocked with 10% goat serum and incubated in HSPH1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-36231) at a dilution of 2 µg/mL (overnight, 4°C), followed by DyLight 488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (30 min, 37°C) and DAPI at a dilution of 1:100.

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human Caco-2 whole cell, human K562 whole cell, human A549 whole cell, human HepG2 whole cell, human PANC-1 whole cell, human SGC-7901 whole cell. IHC: human lung cancer tissue, human mammary cancer tissue, human intestinal cancer tissue. ICC/IF: A431 cell, MCF7 cell. Flow: A431 cell, HepG2 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

HSPH1 prevents the aggregation of denatured proteins in cells under severe stress, on which the ATP levels decrease markedly. This protein inhibits HSPA8/HSC70 ATPase and chaperone activities.
