GDE1 Antibody (MA5-37775) in WB
Western Blot analysis of GDE1 using the GDE1 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-37775) at a 1:2000 dilution. Human brain tissue lysates were loaded at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-mouse IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1:10,000 dilution. Predicted band size: 38 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
