EN1 Antibody (MA5-37947) in WB
Western blot analysis of EN1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with EN1 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-37947) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

EN1 (Engrailed homolog 1) is a transcription factor expressed in embryonic ventral limb ectoderm and is essential for ventral limb patterning. En1 expression in the developing perichordal tube suggests that it may also be involved in vertebrae assembly. Loss of EN1 function in mice results in dorsal transformations of ventral paw structures and in subtle alterations along the proximal/distal limb axis.
