Cdc42EP1 Antibody (MA5-37968) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Cdc42EP1 in paraffin-embedded mouse heart. Samples were incubated with Cdc42EP1 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-37968) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

The protein encoded by this gene is a CDC42 binding protein that mediates actin cytoskeleton reorganization at the plasma membrane. This protein is secreted and is primarily found in bone marrow.
