Cytokeratin 7 Antibody (MA5-38115) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Cytokeratin 7 in paraffin-embedded human lung adenocarcinoma. Samples were incubated with Cytokeratin 7 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-38115) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
