Western Blot using METTL1 Monoclonal Antibody (9C2F2) (Product # MA5-41071) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: 293T Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:15,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 31 kDa. Observed band size: 31 kDa.
