Gelsolin Antibody (MA5-42787) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Gelsolin in paraffin-embedded mouse brain. Samples were incubated with Gelsolin Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-42787) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Multiple transcript variants encoding several different isoforms have been found for this gene.
