Calponin 2 Antibody (MA5-49306) in WB
Western blot analysis of Calponin/CNN2 using Calponin/CNN2 antibody (Product # MA5-49306). Electrophoresis was performed on a 5-20% SDS-PAGE gel at 70V (Stacking gel) / 90V (Resolving gel) for 2-3 hours. The sample well of each lane was loaded with 30 µg of sample under reducing conditions. Lane 1: chicken heart tissue lysates; Lane 2: chicken heart tissue lysates. The encoded protein could play a role in smooth muscle contraction and cell adhesion. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
