Positive control: Hela cell lysate, THP-1 cell lysate, A549 cell lysate, MCF-7 cell lysate, PC-12 cell lysate, NIH/3T3 cell lysate, mouse liver tissue lysate, mouse lung tissue lysate, HepG2 cell lysate, LO2 cell lysate, human liver tissue lysate, rat liver tissue lysate, mouse liver tissue.
Predicted band size: 27 kDa
Subcellular Location: Endoplasmic reticulum membrane, Golgi apparatus, Endoplasmic reticulum-Golgi intermediate compartment membrane.
TMED9 (also named as GMP25, GP25L2 or p25) is a member of the EMP24/GP25L family. TMED9 probably forms hetero-oligomeric complexes with TMED7 (p27), TMED2 (p24), and TMED10 (p23). Located in the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi, TMED9 appears to be involved in vesicular protein trafficking, mainly in the early secretory pathway.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
