Western blot was performed using RAB10 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (PSH03-24) (Product # MA5-52085) and 23 kDa band corresponding to RAB10 was observed across cell lines and tissues tested. Whole cell or tissue extracts (20 µg lysate) of A549 (Lane 1), HeLa (Lane 2), MCF7 (Lane 3), HCT 116 (Lane 4), COS-1 (Lane 5), NIH/3T3 (Lane 6), C6 (Lane 7), mouse brain (Lane 8), and rat brain (Lane 9) were electrophoresed using 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.
