Tensin 4 Antibody (MA5-52667) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of Tensin 4 in HepG2 cells. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; Tensin 4 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-52666) with a dilution of 1:1,000 was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: Medium. Scale bar: 20 μm.

TNS4 links the focal adhesion and cell adhesion signaling to the actin cytoskeleton. It may be involved in cell survival and migration. The protein may be involved in cell migration, cartilage development and in linking signal transduction pathways to the cytoskeleton and promote apoptosis, via its cleavage by caspase-3.
