EMC4 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of EMC4. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with EMC4 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-52838) with a dilution of 1:5,000, followed by HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody with a dilution of 1:20,000. Image was developed using FeQTM ECL Substrate Kit.

EMC4 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — Flow cytometry analysis of EMC4 in HepG2 cells using EMC4 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-52838) at a dilution of 1:2,000. Green, isotype control; red, EMC4.
