Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase Antibody (MA5-53434) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase in HepG2 cells. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-53434) with a dilution of 1:1,000 was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: Medium. Scale bar: 20 μm.

The intestinal alkaline phosphatase gene encodes a digestive brush-border enzyme. This enzyme is upregulated during small intestinal epithelial cell differentiation.
