MLKL Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of MLKL. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with MLKL recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-53520) with a dilution of 1:5,000, followed by HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody with a dilution of 1:20,000. Image was developed using FeQTM ECL Substrate Kit.

MLKL Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — Flow cytometry analysis of MLKL in HepG2 cells using MLKL recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-53520) at a dilution of 1:2,000. Green, isotype control; red, MLKL.

MLKL Antibody — Antibody specificity was demonstrated by siRNA mediated knockdown of target protein. HeLa cells were transfected with MLKL shRNA and decrease in signal intensity was observed in Western Blotting using Anti-MLKL Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (23GB2895) (Product # MA5-53520) at a dilution of 1:5,000. Secondary antibody used was a goat anti-rabbit (HRP) at a dilution of 1:20,000. {KD}
