Immunocytochemistry analysis of PWP1 in HeLa cells. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; PWP1 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-53556) with a dilution of 1:1,000 was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: Medium. Scale bar: 20 μm.

HeLa cells were transfected with PWP1 shRNA and decrease in signal intensity was observed in Western Blotting using Anti-PWP1 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (23GB2580) (Product # MA5-53556) at a dilution of 1:5,000.
