GSTA4 Antibody (MA5-55363) in WB
Western blot analysis of lysates from HepG2 cells, using GSTA4 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-55363) at 1:800 dilution followed by a HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25 μg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.
