Western blot analysis of lysates from 293T GSDMB stable cells and 293T GSDMB stable cells transfected with GZMA using GSDMB (Cleaved) Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-55412) at 1:1,000 dilution followed by a HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25 μg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.
