POLD1 Antibody (MA5-57178) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemical staining of POLD1 in HepG2 cells using POLD1 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57177) at a 1:1,1000 dilution. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; POLD1 was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor® 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: Medium. Scale bar: 20 μm.

DNA polymerase delta possesses both polymerase and 3' to 5' exonuclease activity and plays a critical role in DNA replication and repair. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed for this gene, and a pseudogene of this gene is located on the long arm of chromosome 6.
