SRP19 Antibody (MA5-57249) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemical staining of SRP19 in HepG2 cells using SRP19 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57249) at a 1:1,1000 dilution. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; Signal recognition particle 19 was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor® 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: Medium. Scale bar: 20 μm.
