TRPC1 Antibody (MA5-57294) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemical staining of TRPC1 in HepG2 cells using TRPC1 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57293) at a 1:1,1000 dilution. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; TRPC1 was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor® 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: High. Scale bar: 20 μm.
