Immunocytochemical staining of Pokemon in HepG2 cells using Pokemon Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57325) at a 1:1,1000 dilution. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; ZBTB7A was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor® 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: High.
