GRHPR Antibody (MA5-57417) in WB
Western blot analysis of GRHPR. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from C2C12, H9c2, HAP-1, HeLa, HepG2, and HT-1080 cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with GRHPR Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57416) at a 1:5,000 dilution and HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody at a 1:20,000 dilution respectively.

This gene encodes an enzyme with hydroxypyruvate reductase, glyoxylate reductase, and D-glycerate dehydrogenase enzymatic activities. The enzyme has widespread tissue expression and has a role in metabolism. Type II hyperoxaluria is caused by mutations in this gene.
