Plexin-A1 Antibody (MA5-57608) in WB

Western blot analysis of Plexin-A1. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from C2C12, H9c2, HAP-1, HeLa, HepG2, and HT-1080 cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with Plexin-A1 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57608) at a 1:5,000 dilution and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody at a 1:20,000 dilution respectively.
