MGAT5 Antibody (MA5-57862) in WB
Western blot analysis of MGAT5 in SH-SY5Y and mouse liver (negative) (25 µg/lane). Samples were incubated with MGAT5 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57862) using a dilution of 1:1, 000. Followed by a HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody at 1:10,000 dilution. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST; Exposure: 180 seconds.
