Melan-A Antibody (MA5-58028) in WB
Western blot analysis of Melan-A in SK-MEL-28 and OVCAR-3 (negative) (25 µg/lane). Samples were incubated overnight at 4°C with Melan-A Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-58028) using a dilution of 1:20,000. Followed by a HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody at 1:10,000 dilution. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST; Negative control (NC): OVCAR-3; Exposure: 3 seconds.
