PMEL Antibody (MA5-58094) in WB
Western blot analysis of PMEL in SK-MEL-28 and MOLT-4 (negative) (25 µg/lane). Samples were incubated overnight at 4°C with PMEL Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-58094) using a dilution of 1:1, 000. Followed by a HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody at 1:10,000 dilution. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST; Negative control (NC): MOLT-4; Exposure: 90 seconds.
