Flow cytometry analysis of Stabilin 1 (Bexmarilimab Biosimilar) Recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-58779). Human STAB A4 HEK293 cells were stained with (bexmarilimab) and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed by PE and analyzed with FACS, EC50=0.2417 µg/mL.

For reconstitution, add sterile, distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of 1 mg/mL. Gently shake to solubilize the protein completely. Do not vortex. Reconstituted products should be stored at -80 °.
Target Information
This gene encodes a large, transmembrane receptor protein which may function in angiogenesis, lymphocyte homing, cell adhesion, or receptor scavenging. The protein contains 7 fasciclin, 16 epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like, and 2 laminin-type EGF-like domains as well as a C-type lectin-like hyaluronan-binding Link module. The protein is primarily expressed on sinusoidal endothelial cells of liver, spleen, and lymph node.
