For reconstitution, add sterile, distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of 1 mg/mL. Gently shake to solubilize the protein completely. Do not vortex. Reconstituted products should be stored at -80 °.
This antibody can also be cross referenced by the term Lilly patent anti-Pan-ELR+.
CXC-ELR chemokines are a subgroup of CXC chemokines characterized by the presence of a conserved Glu-Leu-Arg (ELR) motif immediately preceding the CXC sequence. ELR-positive CXC chemokines, such as CXCL1, CXCL2, CXCL5, and CXCL8 (IL-8), are potent promoters of angiogenesis and neutrophil recruitment. These chemokines primarily signal through CXCR1 and CXCR2 receptors on neutrophils and endothelial cells, mediating chemotaxis, inflammation, and vascular growth. Due to their pro-inflammatory and pro-angiogenic properties, CXC-ELR chemokines play important roles in host defense, wound healing, tumor progression, and chronic inflammatory diseases.
