ADORA2A (Biosimilar) Antibody (MA5-59940) in Flow
Flow cytometry analysis of ADORA2A (Biosimilar) Recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-59939). Cynomolgus/Rhesus Macaque A2AR HEK293 Cell Line were stained with (3F6-9G5) and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed by PE and analyzed with FACS. The EC50 was approximately 0.215 µg/mL.

For reconstitution, add sterile, distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of 1 mg/mL. Gently shake to solubilize the protein completely. Do not vortex. Reconstituted products should be stored at -80 °.

ADORA2A is a protein which is one of several receptor subtypes for adenosine. The activity of the encoded protein, a G-protein coupled receptor family member, is mediated by G proteins which activate adenylyl cyclase. This protein is abundant in basal ganglia, vasculature and platelets and it is a major target of caffeine.
