TAGLN Antibody (MA5-60796) in Flow
Flow cytometry of TAGLN in Hela cells. Samples were incubated with TAGLN Recombinant Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-60796) using a dilution of 1:200 (red line) followed by FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at a 1:200 dilution for 35 min at 4°C. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and permeated by 0.2% TritonX-100. TAGLN is a transformation and shape-change sensitive actin cross-linking/gelling protein found in fibroblasts and smooth muscle. Its expression is down-regulated in many cell lines, and this down-regulation may be an early and sensitive marker for the onset of transformation. A functional role of this protein is unclear.
