Pan Succinyl Lysine Antibody (MA568792) in WB
Western blot analysis of Pan Succinyl Lysine in HeLa cells. Samples were probed with Pan Succinyl Lysine recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA568792) at 1:1,000 dilution incubated overnight at 4°C. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 30 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3 % nonfat dry milk in TBST.
