ZNF143 Antibody (MA569352) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemical analysis of ZNF143 in NIH/3T3 cells. Samples were incubated with ZNF143 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA569352) using a dilution of 1:200 (40x lens). Followed by a further incubation with Cy3 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) using a dilution of 1:500 (Red). The cells were counterstained with alpha-Tubulin Mouse mAb using dilution of 1:400. Followed by incubation with 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) using a dilution of 1:500 (Green). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue).
