METTL3 Antibody (MA569587) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemical analysis of METTL3 in Neuro-2a cells. Samples were incubated with METTL3 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA569586) using a dilution of 1:200 (100x lens). Additional incubation with Cy3-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) using a dilution of 1:500 (Red). The cells were counterstained with alpha-Tubulin Mouse mAb using a dilution of 1:400. Followed by incubation with 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Ab using a dilution of 1:500 (Green). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue).
