NDUFB10 Antibody (MA570337) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of NDUFB10 in HepG2 cells. Sample was incubated with NDUFB10 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA570337) at a dilution of 1:1,000. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI and Alexa Fluor 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: Low. Scale bar, 20 μm.

NDUFB10 is an accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believed not to be involved in catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone. Complex I is composed of 45 different subunits.
