JNK2 Antibody (MA570363) in WB
Western blot analysis of JNK2. Samples (HT-1080, HepG2, HeLa, H9C2, NIH/3T3, PC3) were incubated with JNK2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA570363) at a dilution of 1:2,500, followed by HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using FeQ ECL Substrate Kit.

MAPK9 (JNK2) is a serine/threonine kinase which plays an important role in the MAPK pathway. JNK2 (p54a, SAPK1a), along with JNK1 and JNK3, is thought to play an important role in nuclear signal transduction through its environmental stress activation and subsequent phosphorylation of the nuclear transcription factor p53.
