RDH14 Antibody (MA570651) in WB
Western blot analysis of RDH14. Samples (HepG2, A-549, HEK-293, H9C2, C2C12) were incubated with RDH14 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA570651) at a dilution of 1:500, followed by HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using FeQ ECL Substrate Kit.

Retinol dehydrogenase with a clear preference for NADP. Displays high activity towards 9-cis, 11-cis and all-trans-retinol. Shows a very weak activity towards 13-cis-retinol. Has no activity towards steroid. [UniProt]
