LLGL1 Antibody (MA570847) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of LLGL1 in HAP-1 cells. Sample was incubated with LLGL1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA570847) at a dilution of 1:1,000. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI and Alexa Fluor 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: Medium. Scale bar, 20 μm.

LLGL1 is a protein that is similar to a tumor suppressor in Drosophila. The protein is part of a cytoskeletal network and is associated with nonmuscle myosin II heavy chain and a kinase that specifically phosphorylates this protein at serine residues. The gene for LLGL1 is located within the Smith-Magenis syndrome region on chromosome 17.
