CAPZA1 Antibody (MA571234) in WB
Western blot analysis of CAPZA1. Samples (HT-1080, HepG2, HeLa, HAP-1, H9C2, C2C12) were incubated with CAPZA1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA571233) at a dilution of 1:2,500, followed by HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using FeQTM ECL Substrate Kit.

CAPZA1 is a member of the F-actin capping protein alpha subunit family. This gene encodes the alpha subunit of the barbed-end actin binding protein. The protein regulates growth of the actin filament by capping the barbed end of growing actin filaments.
