ANAPC2 Antibody (MA571310) in WB
Western blot analysis of ANAPC2. Samples (HT-1080, HepG2, HeLa, H9C2, NIH/3T3) were incubated with ANAPC2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA571309) at a dilution of 1:2,500, followed by HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using FeQ ECL Substrate Kit.

Target Information
A large protein complex, termed the anaphase-promoting complex (APC), or the cyclosome, promotes metaphase-anaphase transition by ubiquitinating its specific substrates such as mitotic cyclins and anaphase inhibitor, which are subsequently degraded by the 26S proteasome. Biochemical studies have shown that the vertebrate APC contains eight subunits.
