Can I detect the TRI-COLOR conjugate with the exact same lasers and channels that I use for detection of PE-Cy5 fluorescence?

TRI-COLOR is another name for PE-Cy5 (R-phycoerythrin (PE)-Cy5) and basically, the TRI-COLOR conjugate is a tandem R-phycoerythrin (PE)-Cy5 conjugate that permits simultaneous multicolor labeling and detection of multiple targets with excitation by a single excitation source-the 488 nm line of the argon-ion laser. The TRI-COLOR conjugate can be detected with the exact same lasers and channels that are used for detection of PE-Cy5 fluorescence.
