How do I back up my results from BioPharma Finder Software?

All of the results are saved inside this folder C:\ProgramData\ThermoScientific.

How do I share my BioPharma Finder Software processing method from one computer to another?

Currently, this feature is not available as a released feature. All of the parameters for a processing method can be exported to Microsoft Excel or Word by right clicking on the grid found in the Parameters Tab -> Save Method.

How do I export my results from BioPharma Finder Software?

Currently, this feature is not available as a released feature. All results tables can be exported to Microsoft Excel and all images can be copied and pasted into other applications.

Where are my results from the BioPharma Finder Software saved?

All of the results, sequences, and processing methods are saved onto the PC on which the software is installed, into a Mogo database. The database is automatically installed when the software is installed.

Peptide Mapping and Top Down results are saved automatically while manual intact deconvolution results must be saved by the user. However, if you process intact deconvolution experiments using the queue, the results will be saved automatically.

When I upgrade BioPharma Finder Software, will I lose my old results, protein sequence, and processing methods?

No. When upgrading to a newer version of BioPharma Finder Software, DO NOT uninstall the older version before installing the current version. During the installation of the new version, the software will automatically detect the older version and make a backup copy of your old results. Then, it will uninstall the old software, install the newer version, and upgrade all of your information. The backup can be deleted or removed from your computer once you have confirmed that the backup was successful.
