All of the results, sequences, and processing methods are saved onto the PC on which the software is installed, into a Mogo database. The database is automatically installed when the software is installed.
Peptide Mapping and Top Down results are saved automatically while manual intact deconvolution results must be saved by the user. However, if you process intact deconvolution experiments using the queue, the results will be saved automatically.

No. When upgrading to a newer version of BioPharma Finder Software, DO NOT uninstall the older version before installing the current version. During the installation of the new version, the software will automatically detect the older version and make a backup copy of your old results. Then, it will uninstall the old software, install the newer version, and upgrade all of your information. The backup can be deleted or removed from your computer once you have confirmed that the backup was successful.
