ZCWCC1 Antibody (PA1-31331) in WB
Western blot analysis of ZCWCC1 using nuclear extract (NE; 10µg for WB; 1 mg for IP) from HeLa cells. Samples were probed with a ZCWCC1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-31331) at a dilution of 4µg/mg lysate. Detection was performed using chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Exhibits a cytosolic function in lipogenesis, adipogenic differentiation, and lipid homeostasis by increasing the activity of ACLY, possibly preventing its dephosphorylation. May act as a transcriptional repressor. Down-regulates CA9 expression.
