Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.

Positive Control - WB: HELA Cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Mutations of the human Patched tumor suppressor gene (PTCH) have been identified in individuals with the nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome (NBCCS) as well as in sporadic basal cell carcinomas and medulloblastomas. PTCH2 has a frameshift mutation resulting in a truncated PTCH2 protein.
