Immunohistochemical analysis of CIC in paraffin-embedded section of rat intestine tissues. Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - IHC: human gastric cancer tissue, human placenta tissue, mouse lung tissue, rat intestine tissue.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
This gene encodes a core component of the exosome. The mammalian exosome is required for rapid degradation of AU rich element-containing RNAs but not for poly(A) shortening. The association of this protein with the exosome is mediated by protein-protein interactions with ribosomal RNA-processing protein 42 and ribosomal RNA-processing protein 46.
